What this connection does
Synemer connects to WEEX with a read-only API key, secret, and passphrase. Your closed USDT-M perpetual futures trades land in one journal without manual entry.
Your API credentials are encrypted and only used to read historical trade data.
Before you start
An active Synemer account.
A WEEX API key with read-only futures and account permissions.
The API passphrase you set when creating that key.
Access to the WEEX API management page.
Create a read-only API key in WEEX
In WEEX, open API management and create a new key for USDT-M futures. Give it read-only access to futures and account data.
Set an API passphrase when WEEX asks for one. This is separate from your login password and is required on every private request.
If WEEX lets you restrict the key by IP, allow Synemer's egress IP. This limits where the key can be used.
Add the connection in Synemer
In Synemer, open Add connection, pick WEEX, then paste the API key, secret, and passphrase.
Save the connection. Synemer validates the key on the first sync.
What syncs automatically
Synemer records closed USDT-M perpetual futures trades with direction, entry and exit, size, fees, and realized PnL. Open positions, stop loss and take profit levels, and account balance are captured too.
Spot trading is not imported. This connection reads USDT-M futures only. Transfers into and out of the futures account are tracked as capital flows. Deposits, withdrawals, funding, and fees are not counted as capital.
How much history you get
WEEX serves the last 365 days of fills. The first sync pulls what the API still holds, then continues from there as new trades close.
Fills come in batches of up to 100. Synemer walks the history in short time windows and splits busy windows, so older trades are not skipped.
Troubleshooting
If the connection reports a signature or timestamp error, check that the API key, secret, and passphrase belong to the same key. Synemer adjusts for server time automatically.
A content-type or permission error usually means the key was created for a different product. Create a new read-only key for USDT-M futures.
If no trades appear, confirm that the account has closed futures trades inside the last 365 days.
WEEX restricts access from some regions. Synemer connects through its own infrastructure, so a VPN is not required.
Revoking access
You can revoke access at any time by deleting the connection in Synemer or rotating the key in WEEX.
