Terms of Service

Synemer is a trading journal that lets you record, sync and analyze your trades across crypto exchanges and MetaTrader. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any API keys you connect secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

You must provide a valid email address and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Synemer offers a Free plan and paid plans. Card payments are billed through LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes where applicable. Crypto payments are processed and settled through BoomFi.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Crypto payments are non-refundable once broadcast to the network.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no abuse of the API or sync endpoints, and no use of Synemer for anything unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Synemer is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Nothing in the service is financial, investment or trading advice, and no metric or report should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell.

Trading involves risk. Your decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own.

We work to keep Synemer available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free data from third-party platforms.

We may update the service or these terms over time. If a change is significant, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synemer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
