What this connection does
Synemer connects to MEXC using a read-only API key. The journal imports your closed USDT-margined futures trades without ever being able to place orders or withdraw funds.
Your API credentials are encrypted and only used to read historical trade data.
Before you start
Make sure you have a MEXC account with two-factor authentication enabled.
You will need access to your Synemer account settings, where connections are managed.
Create a read-only API key in MEXC
Log in to MEXC and go to the API Management (Open API) section. Create a new API key with futures permissions enabled, and give it a clear name such as Synemer Read Only.
Enable read access for order details and trade history. Do not enable order placement, trading, or withdrawal permissions.
MEXC API keys that are not bound to an IP address expire after 90 days. Bind your API key to an IP so sync keeps working without renewal.
Copy the API key and secret. Store them somewhere safe while you complete the next steps.
Add the connection in Synemer
In Synemer, go to Settings and then Connections. Choose MEXC as the broker.
Paste the API key and secret, then save the connection. The first sync walks back through your futures history and then keeps itself up to date.
What syncs automatically
Synemer brings in your closed USDT-margined futures trades, including fees, plus your current open positions.
The sync reads up to about 5 years of history, as far back as MEXC keeps it for your account.
Troubleshooting
If nothing imports, check that the API key has futures read permissions and that your IP binding allows Synemer.
You can revoke access at any time by deleting the connection in Synemer or rotating the key in MEXC.
