Why connect Bybit to Synemer
The Bybit dashboard shows positions and balances, not how you actually trade. Synemer turns your closed trades into win rate, average risk and drawdown.
It captures trades automatically, so your journal reflects every fill you closed.
Ways to connect Bybit
API key: create a read-only key in Bybit and Synemer syncs your history on its own. This is the fastest option and keeps updating as you trade.
CSV import: if you prefer not to create a key, export your trade history from Bybit and upload the file to Synemer.
What gets synced
Synemer records the closed trades: instrument, direction, entry and exit, size, price and the profit or loss.
The connection is read-only. Synemer can never place, change or close orders on your Bybit account.
Multiple Bybit accounts
Add each account as its own connection so spot, derivatives and sub-accounts stay separate in your analytics.
That keeps your stats clean when you run more than one.
What you need before you start
- An active Synemer account.
- For the API option: a Bybit API key with read-only permissions.
- For the CSV option: a trade history export from Bybit.
