Synemer only uses read-only API keys and never has permission to trade, withdraw, or move funds from your accounts.

No. Synemer cannot trade or withdraw.
Exchange connections use read-only API keys, so Synemer can read your trade history but can never place orders or move funds. MetaTrader connections only receive data from the EA you install, and nothing is sent back to your terminal.
You keep full control of your accounts at all times.
