What if my broker has no API?

The wizard imports trade history from any broker or exchange that can export a CSV file.

It has four steps. Upload your file, map its columns to the fields Synemer understands, preview the rows with errors highlighted, and import. Your trades land in the journal as manual trades.

Use a flat export of closed trades, where each row is one trade. Keep it under 10,000 rows.

Fills and account statements are not supported yet. If you upload one of those, Synemer tells you before anything is imported.

Synemer tries to detect your columns automatically. You can change the mapping for any field before continuing.

Required fields are symbol, side, quantity, entry price, exit price, entry date, exit date, and P&L. Everything else is optional.

If your dates are not detected correctly, pick the right format from the list and the preview updates immediately.

The mapping you use is saved for that account. The next file you import with the same layout skips straight to the preview.

Run an export from your broker each month and import it the same way. Your journal stays current without any manual data entry.
